Company focus,
personal execution.

A workspace holds your team's direction and the work that delivers it. Your private work lives there too — visible only to you. You don't run one tool for the company and another for yourself.

Built for how teams actually work

Everyone gets a personal workspace on signup. Inviting people turns collaboration on — same workspace, nothing to migrate.

One dashboard everyone opens

North Star, the Top 3 things that matter now, the scoreboard, and what each person is focused on — on one screen, so the weekly meeting starts from shared reality instead of a rebuilt status deck.

Privacy decided per record

Each goal, project and task is workspace-visible or private to you. Journals, weekly plans and personal stats are never shareable at all. Enforced in the database, not by a settings toggle.

Progress you don't have to assemble

Team velocity, workload per member, project health, and OKR-vs-BAU balance are computed from the work itself. Nobody writes a status report to find out where things stand.

Everything your team needs

A workspace includes the operating cadence, the project and task layer, analytics, and OKR alignment out of the box.

Scoreboard with owned metrics

Track the handful of numbers that decide the year. Each metric carries a target or an acceptable band, a projected landing based on the trailing three months, and a status you can override with context. Add the monthly analysis in Markdown underneath.

North Star and Top 3 Focus

One statement of where you're going, and up to three objectives, key results or projects that matter right now — pinned above everything else and searchable when you change them.

Projects as a table or a board

A dense operating table with search, filters and grouping, or a Later–Next–Now–Blocked–Done board you can drag. Progress comes from milestones, tasks, or a number you set by hand.

Assign anyone, see anyone's work

Any member can assign work to any other member; assigned tasks show up in that person's Today and backlog. Open a teammate's profile for their focus, projects, milestones and open tasks.

Team analytics and results

Results shows daily completions across the workspace — who finished what, plus milestones and projects closed. Analytics adds four-week velocity, workload distribution and project health.

Invite and manage members

Invite by email; invitations activate on signup. Owner, admin and member roles, with a pending-invitation banner in the app.

What your team sees

Goals, projects and tasks carry their own visibility. Personal records are never shareable — there is no setting to change that.

Shared with the workspace

  • Goals and key results
  • Projects, milestones and tasks
  • Assignments and status
  • Scoreboard metrics and analysis
  • Team analytics and velocity
  • Each member's highlighted focus

Private when you choose

Mark any of these private and only you can see them, even though they live in the shared workspace.

  • Goals and key results
  • Projects and milestones
  • Tasks and subtasks

Always private

Never shared with a workspace under any setting.

  • Journal entries and moods
  • Weekly plans and reviews
  • Highlights and inspirations
  • Your personal stats
  • Your connected calendar

Visibility is enforced by row-level security in the database, so a private record is invisible to teammates in the app, in exports, and in the API — not just hidden in the interface.
